Intended use
The SureFood® 4plex LEGUMES is a multiplex real-time PCR for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of specific DNA sequences of legumes (Fabaceae), bean (Phaseolus spp. and Vigna spp.) and pea (Pisum sativum).

| LOD (Detection Limit) | The SureFood® 4plex LEGUMES PCR has a limit of detection of <= 5 DNA-copies or 1 µg/mL (ppm) using SureFood® PREP Advanced, protocol 1. The limit of detection and quantification of the complete method (DNA extraction and real-time PCR) depends on sample matrix, processing grade, DNA-preparation and DNA-content. |
