Official Launch of a New Test Kit from R-Biopharm

We are pleased to announce the official launch of a new test kit from R-Biopharm — RIDASCREEN®EASY Hazelnut (Art. No. RAE6401).

The product, which was announced earlier, is now fully available for ordering. Product documentation and initial information were already presented last year.

RIDASCREEN®EASY Hazelnut is part of the new EASY Allergen ELISA product line, developed to provide an even simpler and more reliable determination of food allergens. The test combines a simplified extraction procedure using the EASY extraction tablet (included in the kit), the availability of a spiking solution, and full validation on spiked and naturally incurred matrices in accordance with the latest AOAC guidelines.

The method is based on a sandwich enzyme immunoassay and enables the quantitative determination of hazelnut protein in food products, taking into account upcoming allergen reference doses recommended by WHO/FAO.
